Job description

To lead a team of care staff that in clinical practice and ensure residents rights to privacy, dignity and safety are actively promoted.
To demonstrate effective communication skills with residents, their families and management
To actively supervise and monitor care practices, identifying and responding appropriately to the changing needs of residents and ensure their care needs are met.
To undertake all nursing care required in accordance with care policies
To be fully aware of emergency procedures
To be aware of SANC code of conduct and adhere to them at all time
To ensure all medications are ordered and stored, administered and disposed of in accordance with SANC act of 2005
