Enrolled NurseJob Purpose

To provide safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) Scope of Practice for an Enrolled Nurse, while adhering to the organisation's policies, procedures, protocols, and professional standards.

Key Performance Areas

• Practice within the SANC Scope of Practice for an Enrolled Nurse.
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and quality patient care.
• Adhere to all organisational policies, procedures, clinical protocols, and infection prevention standards.
• Accurately observe, monitor, and report patient conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements

• Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Enrolled Nurse will be advantageous.
• Willing and able to work shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high clinical standards.
