Job description
Medwell is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary (ENA) to join our caring team. If you have a passion for elderly care and a heart for making a difference, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a respectful and dignified manner
- Monitor and record residents’ health status and vital signs
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure holistic care
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate support when required
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Registered as an Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary with SANC
- Previous experience in elderly care or a similar environment (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Reliable and professional work ethic
