Strong quality patient care orientation

BLS competent

All duties relating to a circulating Nurse

Standby and after hours call out is compulsory

Prepare the theatre

High energy levels and tolerance for stress/pressure

Focus on quality patient care

Problem analysis/solving skills and accurate record keeping

Adaptable and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Detail orientated

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels

Ability to render basic nursing care without supervision

Shift work compulsory

Ad hoc duties

Transport especially after hours is essential

Current Registration with SANC as an Enrolled Nursing Auxiliary

Minimum 1-year experience as a circulating Nurse in a Theatre

Previous experience in a Private Hospital is advantageous

Strong out of scope experience is essential
