Role Overview

Conquerors Marketing is looking for motivated and customer-focused Entry Level Retail Sales Agents to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will represent the company in a retail setting, interact directly with customers, promote products and services, and help drive sales performance. You will play an important part in delivering a positive customer experience while developing valuable communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and approachable manner
• Promote and explain products and services clearly to customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections effectively
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently present offerings and benefits
• Assist with in-store promotional activities and sales campaigns
• Accurately process sales-related information and complete required documentation
• Represent the Conquerors Marketing brand positively at all times
• Work closely with team members and management to support daily sales goals
• Keep retail areas neat, organised, and welcoming for customers

Requirements

• Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Confidence in speaking with customers face-to-face
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with an interest in sales and retail
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Must be based in or able to commute to Cape Town
• Availability to work on-site and flexible retail hours when required
