This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start and build a career in retail sales. No previous sales experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided to successful candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote products , services and special offers to customers .
• Build and maintain positive relationship with customers .
• Identify customers needs and recommend suitable products .
• Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate .
• Maintain excellent product knowledge .
• Deliver professional and friendly customer service.
• Work effectively as part of a team .
• Assist in achieving sales targets and business objectives .

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12/ Matric
• Good communication and interpersonal skills .
• Customer-focused with a friendly personality.
• Confident and comfortable speaking to customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn .
• Target-driven and motivated to achieve results .
• Ability to work retail hours , including weekends and public holidays .
• Previous customer service experience will be an advantage .
