Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Executive, you will play an important part in creating a positive shopping experience for customers while supporting store performance. You will assist customers, promote products, contribute to sales goals, and help maintain a welcoming and well-organized store.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
• Promote and sell products to help achieve individual and store sales targets
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service
• Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and promotions
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective way
• Help ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Work closely with team members to support daily operations and meet store objectives
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well in a customer-facing retail environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed
• Ability to adapt to new products, processes, and technologies
