About the role

Mamba Magnate Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing brand ambassador to represent our brand, engage with customers and help grow our presence in Secunda area . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people , building connections and creating memorable brand experiences .

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand at events and instore promotions
• Engage with customers to share products information and create positive brand experiences
• Build brand awareness through face to face interactions and products demonstrations
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards at all times
• Provide feedback to the team about customers interactions and campaign performance

Required Qualification

• Be willing to learn and take directions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with people
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Reliable , punctual and professional

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customer service sales or promotional work
• Confidence in public speaking or presenting
