About the role

Mamba Magnate Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and an outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our brand engage with customers , and help grow our presence in Secunda area.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people ,building connections and creating memorable brand experiences .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent the brand at events and instore promotions .
Engage with customers to share products information and create positive brand experiences .
Build brand awareness through face to face interactions and products demonstrations .
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards at all times .
Provide feedback to the team about customers interactions and campaign performance .

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Passed grade 12
Be willing to learn and take directions .
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with people .
Ability to work well in a team and independently .
Reliable , punctual and professional .

NICE TO HAVE

Previous experience in customer service sales or promotional work .
Confidence in public speaking or presenting .
