Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a eProcurement Officer to administer, maintain and continuously improve the Facilities Division's digital procurement platforms and procurement data environment, ensuring efficient, compliant and data-driven procurement processes.The role is responsible for supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) procurement functionality, supplier digital enablement, procurement master data governance, workflow compliance, reporting and spend analytics. The incumbent will contribute to operational efficiency, procurement governance, supplier adoption of digital tools and informed decision-making through accurate procurement information and system optimisation.

Duties & Responsibilities
eProcurement Systems Administration & Governance
- Maintain vendor, item and contract-related master data within D365 and associated procurement systems.
- Ensure procurement workflows and approval hierarchies remain compliant with company policies and delegated authority structures.
- Monitor procurement system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Investigate and resolve procurement data and workflow exceptions.
- Support system enhancements, testing and deployment activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency and user experience.
Supplier Digital Enablement & Vendor Collaboration
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and activation within the D365 Vendor Collaboration platform.
- Facilitate supplier user setup and access management in conjunction with Group IT.
- Deliver supplier training and onboarding support to maximise system adoption.
- Monitor supplier engagement and transaction activity.
- Assist suppliers with resolving system-related queries and transactional issues.
- Identify and escalate recurring system issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support procurement digitisation initiatives that strengthen supplier collaboration and operational efficiency.
Procurement Data Management & Governance
- Maintain high standards of procurement data integrity, completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct regular master data audits and cleansing activities.
- Ensure data governance controls are applied consistently.
- Support compliance reviews and procurement audit requirements.
- Maintain electronic procurement records in accordance with company governance standards.
Procurement Reporting & Analytics
- Generate accurate procurement reports, dashboards and management information.
- Analyse spend, supplier and compliance data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Produce regular KPI and operational reports for procurement leadership.
- Support business decisions through data-driven procurement insights.
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and analytical tools.
Stakeholder Support & Training
- Provide first-level support to procurement users and operational stakeholders.
- Conduct user training on procurement processes and systems.
- Promote correct utilisation of procurement platforms and workflows.
- Maintain positive working relationships with Procurement, Operations, Finance, IT and suppliers.
- Support change management initiatives associated with procurement technologies.
Strategic Procurement Support
- Support sourcing, tender and contract administration activities.
- Assist with supplier evaluations and sourcing analysis.
- Conduct market and supplier research when required.
- Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives and special projects.
- Provide analytical support to category management and strategic sourcing activities.

Qualifications
Essential
- 3–5 years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Administration, eProcurement or ERP system administration
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or equivalent ERP systems
- Experience in procurement data management, workflow administration and reporting
- Exposure to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement governance controls
Advantageous
- Facilities Management, Services or Multi-site operational environment experience
- Supplier onboarding and digital procurement implementation experience
- Spend analysis and procurement reporting experience
