Job description

We're looking for an ERP Implementation and Support Specialist to become the go-to internal expert for a custom ERP system currently in its final stages of development. You will own end-to-end ERP knowledge, train team members across departments, provide ongoing support, and ensure the system is adopted and used correctly across the organization.

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role. You will not be implementing a third-party ERP from scratch — you will be deeply learning a proprietary system and becoming the person the entire company relies on when they have questions, encounter issues, or need training. If you have strong experience with recognized ERP platforms, learn new systems quickly, and take genuine ownership of making sure people actually use the tools they are given, this role is a strong fit.

Why You'll Want to Join* You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)

  • Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy
  • Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
  • This role requires availability during US business hours
  • Become the central ERP knowledge owner for a growing company building its operational infrastructure
  • High-ownership role with direct impact on how the entire organization runs day to day

What You'll Work OnERP Onboarding and Training

  • Learn the company's proprietary ERP system thoroughly and become the internal subject matter expert
  • Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and walkthroughs for team members across departments
  • Onboard new users and ensure they are comfortable and confident operating in the system
  • Identify knowledge gaps and proactively address them before they become workflow problems

Ongoing Support and Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related questions, issues, and troubleshooting requests
  • Diagnose and resolve user issues quickly and accurately
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal or external team with full context
  • Maintain a support log and track recurring issues to identify patterns and systemic gaps

System Documentation and Process Management

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including SOPs, user guides, and process maps for all ERP workflows
  • Keep documentation current as the system evolves and new features are added
  • Ensure team members always have access to accurate, up-to-date reference materials

System Adoption and Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor system usage and adoption across the organization and flag areas of underutilization or confusion
  • Gather feedback from users and surface improvement opportunities to leadership and the development team
  • Support testing and rollout of system updates, new modules, and workflow changes

What You Bring* Proven experience working with at least one recognized ERP platform such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, Epicor Prophet 21, Sage, Odoo, Infor, or SAP

  • Strong ability to learn new systems quickly and become a deep subject matter expert without formal hand-holding
  • Experience training or supporting non-technical end users in ERP or similar enterprise software environments
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to explain complex system workflows in plain language
  • Highly organized with strong documentation habits and attention to detail
  • Patient, clear communicator who can support users of varying technical ability without frustration
  • Self-directed and reliable with the ability to own a support function independently

Nice to Have* Experience supporting ERP implementations or system rollouts in a distribution, wholesale, or product-based business

  • Background in US accounting workflows including inventory management, order management, or financial reporting within an ERP
  • Experience creating training programs or user documentation for enterprise software
  • Familiarity with ERP customization, configuration, or module setup
  • Prior experience as an ERP administrator, power user, or internal systems trainer

How to Apply Please include:

  • Your updated resume
  • A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your ERP experience including which platforms you have worked with and at what depth, and explaining how you would approach becoming the go-to expert for a system you have never used before

Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.

If you are a fast learner who can go deep on a new system, train others with patience and clarity, and take full ownership of making sure ERP adoption actually happens across an organization, this role gives you the scope and the direct impact to do your best work.
