ERP/SAP Consultant (Enterprise Systems)
Agility Projects & Consulting (Pty) Ltd is seeking suitably qualified and experienced candidates for an ERP/SAP Consultant (Enterprise Systems) role in support of a major public sector Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Enterprise Applications opportunity.
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification (NQF 6 or higher).
- Relevant ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ERP implementation, support, maintenance, and business process consulting.
Required Experience and Skills:
Candidates should have demonstrated experience in the implementation, administration, support, maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of enterprise resource planning solutions, including:
- SAP ERP and/or Oracle ERP systems
- Financial Management Systems
- Supply Chain Management Systems
- Procurement and Purchasing Systems
- Payroll and Human Resources Systems
- Budgeting and Reporting Solutions
- Business Process Analysis and Improvement
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation
- Functional Specifications Development
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- System Configuration and Support
- End-user Training and Skills Transfer
- Business Process Mapping
- Change Management
- Data Migration and Data Validation
- Troubleshooting and User Support
- ERP Implementation and Upgrade Projects
Additional Experience Advantageous:
- Public sector or municipal ERP projects
- Enterprise systems integration projects
- SAP FI/CO, MM, HR, SRM, SCM modules
- Oracle Financials, Payroll and Procurement modules
- Technical documentation and knowledge transfer
- Project management and stakeholder engagement
