THIS IS AN IN-PERSON TEACHING POSITION IN INDONESIA

What Would You Do?
- Teach English across multiple grade levels, adapting instruction to students’ ages and curriculum standards.
- Design and prepare lesson plans and instructional materials suitable for each educational level.
- Track, evaluate, and document students’ academic progress on a regular basis.
- Provide additional academic support, including enrichment and remedial sessions, when required.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of teaching experience, supported by professional references.
- Hold an ESL teaching certification (CELTA, TESL/TESOL, DELTA, TEFL, or equivalent). Sponsorship may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with strong teaching certifications may be considered without a degree.
- Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
- In good health and free from infectious diseases and substance abuse.
- Available to commit for one academic year, with a minimum 10-month contract.
- Demonstrates a professional attitude, including punctuality, discipline, appropriate attire, and effective communication.
- Shows a genuine passion for teaching and student development.
- Flexible, collaborative, sociable, and enthusiastic.
- Culturally aware and sensitive in a diverse learning environment.

Salary is typically higher than other language institutions. The average salary of our teachers is equivalent to managerial positions in banks, with half the working period.

Upon the completion of an academic year, one-month salary will be given as a bonus. Extra bonuses will be offered if some certain criteria have been achieved.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
