Job description

The Estate Agent shall be responsible for preparing mandates, pre-listing input and presentation, comparative market analysis, photo-shoots, writing adverts & loading listings, marketing, viewings,preparing offer to purchase, Communication with conveyancers, weekly review & updates to parties, establishing teams of key service providers i.e electricians, plumbers, conveyancers, bond originators
