Key Responsibilities

• Market and advertise residential and commercial properties.
• Source new property listings.
• Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct property viewings and inspections.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and manage property-related documentation and administration.
• Liaise with attorneys, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records using electronic systems.
• Deliver professional and efficient customer service.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must either:

Have at least 2 years' experience in property administration, property sales, or a related property services environment;

OR

Be eligible and committed to registering as a Candidate Property Practitioner.

The successful applicant must also have:

• Valid PPRA registration and Fidelity Fund Certificate (where applicable).
• Own reliable motor vehicle.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Own laptop.
• Smartphone.
• Reliable internet connectivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
