Job description
Firm looking to hire a part time estates administrator. Would be required to ensure that all estates in the firm are finalised as required by the Administration of Estates Act. The selected candidate will work under supervision from senior attorneys, candidate attorneys and proprietor.
Duties shall include advertising estates, notices to creditors, drafting and finalising Liquidation and Distribution Accounts, liaising with clients and SARS and any other entity to ensure that all supporting documentation is submitted timeously to the Master and that all estates are finalised.
Currently the position is only part time and offered on a fixed term contract - for a period of 6 months.
Depending on performance, this the contract may be extended or the position converted to full time.
Applicant must have his/her own drivers license and must be willing to travel to Cape Town Master when required.
Pay: R4 500,00 per month
