WORKING CONDITIONS

• Works in an Office Environment (Tender Office Experience essential)
• Occasional local travelling required (to and from prospective sites, dropping tenders, meetings etc.)
• Overtime may be required from time to time

TASKS

• Searching for tenders on various platforms
• Reviewing Tender requirements
• Manage and update tender database
• Ensure all tender submissions adhere to specified guidelines and deadlines, while identifying potential risks and areas of non-compliance
• Collaborating with different departments, suppliers and sub-contractors to gather necessary information for tender responses
• Managing internal deadlines and ensuring timely submission of tender documents
• Tracking the status of submitted tenders while following up with potential clients regarding tender feedback
• Maintaining records of tender outcomes and lessons learned
• Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, drawings, specifications and related documents
• Use CCS and Excel to split, distribute and combine BOQ's, engaging with sub-contractors and suppliers while assisting the PQS with rate build ups
• Assist with the formulation of project budgets for the execution teams and gathering real time data to update the records with current, market related prices.
• Conduct research to obtain data on labour costs, materials, production times etc.
• Negotiating prices, terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
• Placing purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods or services
• Monitor project costs and track expenses against the budget if required, attend site visits to do actual measurements on site
• Identify potential cost overruns and propose solutions

• Candy : 1 year (Required)
• Read & measure plans: 2 years (Preferred)
• CCS, WinQS and DimX, Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
• Tender Office (Not Site based): 1 year (Required)
• Construction, maintenance, alteration and repair work: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers' license (Required)
