Job description
- Operate excavators and dozers to perform earthmoving, grading, trenching, and site preparation.
- Read and interpret site plans, grades, and specifications to execute work accurately.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Work closely with site supervisors and ground crews to coordinate tasks and maintain workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe, respectful work environment.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience operating excavators and/or dozers in a construction or earthworks environment. (5+ YEARS A MUST)
- Knowledge of machine capabilities, limitations, and safe operating procedures.
- Ability to read and work from construction drawings and grade stakes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- A valid operator’s license or certification (MUST).
Pay: R5 316,02 - R19 655,85 per month
