Cape Town Executive Assistant. R26,000+ a month.

I run Agency Growth Partner. We've helped 500+ marketing agencies build systems for predictable growth, and I coach inside some of the biggest programs in the industry. I also founded a non-profit foundation that feeds children in Cape Town.

Looking for someone to own my personal life so I can run the business.

You'd work directly with me, have complete ownership, and manage three key roles:

Time: Calendar, inbox, travel, errands, communication and routing.

Personal Admin: Organizing cleaner, barber, deliveries, maintenance, anyone else we bring on. You book them, brief them and hold the standard.

Content: You own the content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. This would be across business, personal and non-profit content.

In 90 days, the goal is that 90 percent of this runs without me.

This suits you if you see what needs doing and just handle it, you've supported a founder or an exec before, and you're organised to the point that it irritates people.

I'm looking for someone incredibly fast, organized and detail oriented.

The role is full-time with growth into more responsibility across this and future businesses.
