Executive Assistant

We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support a founder in international trade and deal operations. This is a fully remote contractor role for an organized, proactive operator who keeps deals, communication, and follow ups moving so nothing valuable slips. It is not a general administrative role. You will work close to real deals and real decisions, and your job is to create order and momentum.

What you will do

• Manage active deals, pipelines, and follow ups
• Handle communication across WhatsApp, WeChat, and email
• Coordinate suppliers, buyers, freight, and logistics
• Manage calendars, meetings, briefs, and reports
• Maintain accurate reimbursements, invoices, quotes, and spreadsheets
• Prepare updates and decision briefs for executives

What we are looking for

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong numerical and spreadsheet skills
• Proactive, organized, and persistent
• 2 or more years in executive assistance, sales operations, account management, or project coordination
• Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred
• Discreet with sensitive business and financial information
• Reliable remote availability during US hours

Compensation and schedule

• USD 6 to 15 per hour, based on experience
• Part time at 20 hours per week, with a clear path to full time
• Fully remote, working US time zone hours
• Paid in USD
