Job description
Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, calendars, meetings, and events across time zones
- Coordinate travel, including visas and logistics
- Support expense processes (e.g. Concur)
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations
- Take minutes and assist with project coordination
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across global teams
- Adapt quickly, prioritize tasks, and source information independently
Requirements
- ~4 years’ executive support experience
- Experience supporting global or regional stakeholders (non-profit a plus)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Able to multitask, pivot, and work in a fast-paced environment
