Stacy Ennis is an author, speaker, writing coach and entrepreneur who helps people and organisations communicate more powerfully through writing, storytelling and thought leadership. Her business spans books, speaking, coaching and a growing online community — and as it scales, she's looking for a highly organised, people-focused professional to support her directly and help nurture the community at the heart of the brand.### The Role

This role combines two things: being Stacy's operational right hand, and being the friendly, reliable presence behind her growing community. It's ideal for someone who loves supporting a founder at close quarters while also building genuine connections with an engaged audience.

Day to day, you'll:

  • Support Stacy directly — coordinating schedules, meetings and follow-ups so her time is spent where it matters most
  • Track action items and commitments — making sure nothing slips through the cracks and everything gets done
  • Help manage projects across multiple areas of the business, creating structure and accountability around key initiatives
  • Look after the community — handling member communication, responding to questions and keeping engagement warm and consistent
  • Support events and initiatives — helping plan and deliver community events and activities as initiatives grow
  • Handle community administration — keeping things organised behind the scenes so members have a smooth, welcoming experience
  • Build relationships — becoming a familiar, trusted point of contact for Stacy's audience

The Person

You're organised, warm and dependable — equally comfortable managing a busy founder's priorities as you are chatting with community members. You take pride in being the person others can rely on, and you bring calm and structure wherever you go.

You'll bring:* Experience in a role such as Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff support, Operations Coordinator or Community Manager

  • Ideally, a background in online education, coaching, publishing or creator-led businesses — experience supporting founders, authors, coaches or personal brands is a big plus
  • Excellent written communication skills with a warm, professional tone
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • A proactive, people-first approach — you spot what's needed and act on it
  • Strong tech skills — experience with tools like Google Workspace, Calendly, Asana, Dropbox or community platforms is desirable
