Job description
Remote Recruitment is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior stakeholders and help organize IP for UK-based companies. This fully remote role involves working UK business hours from South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Support senior stakeholders with day-to-day executive coordination
- Manage calendars, documents, and administrative workflows
- Handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
- Coordinate priorities, follow-ups, and tasks across teams
- Help organize IP and keep key materials accurate and accessible
Requirements Requirements
- 2-5 years of executive-support experience
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment
- Strong ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with Google Calendar or Outlook, Word or Google Docs, and administrative coordination tools such as spreadsheets or task trackers
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Available to start immediately, work during UK business hours, and take on a temporary assignment
