EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

to a Senior Business Development Manager

6tine is a UK-based commercial partnerships agency connecting developers with funders, JV partners, land, contractors and suppliers through precision introductions. We're hiring an Executive Assistant confident enough to chase a senior leader for a decision, sharp enough to walk into Monday already knowing what the week needs, and polished enough in writing and speech that clients can't tell where the Senior Business Development Manager's work ends and yours begins - proper executive support, not diary admin with a fancy title.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the diary, calendar and meeting schedule end-to-end; coordinate across time zones and protect priority time; prepare daily/weekly briefings and meeting notes.
• Maintain a single action tracker - record owners and deadlines, then chase, confidently and professionally, until closed (including reminding senior people).
• Flag risks and overdue items early with a concise view of what needs attention.
• Use HubSpot daily for tasks, notes, contacts, reminders and follow-up dates; keep CRM activity accurate, spot stale records, and produce simple weekly updates.
• Manage inbox correspondence, documents, travel, accommodation and meeting logistics.
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues and suppliers on the Senior Business Development Manager's behalf, when authorised.

Is This You?

This suits someone who writes and speaks English with real polish, feels comfortable holding senior people accountable tactfully but firmly, is naturally organised, and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told. If you'd hesitate to remind a director their report is overdue, this probably isn't the role for you.

What You Need

• min 4+ years' experience as a PA/EA supporting senior leaders, directors, founders or executives.
• Genuine hands-on HubSpot experience - able to explain how you use a CRM to keep work moving.
• Excellent spoken and written English - confident, professional, daily contact with UK colleagues and clients.
• A reliable internet connection, professional remote setup, and a laptop you have full permission to install software/apps on (HubSpot, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Zoom).
• Consistent availability 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. UK time, Monday–Friday.
• Availability for a group interview on 14th August 2026, 12 noon–4:00 p.m. UK time, if you can't make this window, please don't apply.
• Desirable: experience supporting a UK property, construction or built-environment business.

What We're Offering

R22,000 pm, full-time and fully remote, 40 hours a week (9–5 UK time, Mon–Fri) - plus direct, close working exposure to a Senior Business Development Manager and real ownership of diary management, follow-through and executive support, not a checklist of admin tasks.
