This is a pivotal, senior-level partnership opportunity supporting a key business owner within a dynamic, expanding organization. You will step into a role that demands absolute trust and autonomy, acting as the primary gatekeeper and strategic right-hand to the executive. This position is far more than traditional support; you will be instrumental in ensuring executive effectiveness by expertly managing complex business priorities alongside sensitive personal matters in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. Responsibilities:
- Masterfully manage a complex, frequently shifting diary spanning multiple time zones and competing business priorities.
- Serve as the primary, professional liaison, expertly filtering and directing communication between the executive and crucial internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and refine high-quality executive materials, including detailed reports, comprehensive presentations, and essential meeting packs.
- Oversee all local and international travel arrangements, meticulously coordinating complex itineraries and logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle all correspondence and communications with the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proactively track critical actions, follow up rigorously, and ensure all commitments are delivered punctually.
- Manage highly sensitive personal and private matters with unwavering discretion and sound judgment.
- Anticipate the executive's future needs, identify potential roadblocks before they occur, and independently implement effective resolutions wherever possible.
Requirements:
Experience
Minimum 8–10+ years supporting a senior executive, Business Owner, or MD equivalent.
Environment
Proven success operating within a demanding, fast-paced setting requiring consistently high standards.
