Executive Assistant - Venture Capital (Remote – US EST)
Location: Fully Remote
Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to primarily support the advisory side of our business. This role sits at the intersection of strategic support and high-level execution—somewhere between a traditional Executive Assistant.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced financial environment. You will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring priorities are managed effectively while contributing to research, preparation, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Advisory Support
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups
- Handle confidential and time-sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion
- Support day-to-day operational needs for senior advisors
Chief of Staff–Level Support
- Assist with prioritization, workflow organization, and execution of key initiatives
- Conduct research and synthesize information (e.g., summarizing relevant financial news, market updates, and industry trends)
- Draft internal summaries, memos, and presentations for leadership
- Act as a connective tissue between leadership and cross-functional teams
Research & Analysis
- Track and summarize top financial and business news relevant to the advisory team
- Prepare concise insights and talking points for leadership
- Support ad hoc research projects related to clients, markets, or investment themes
Operational Excellence
- Improve and maintain internal processes and documentation
- Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively propose solutions
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and administrative details as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar hybrid role
- Prior exposure to financial services (investment banking, private equity, asset management, venture capital, or advisory firms) is strongly preferred
- Strategic thinker with strong judgment and the ability to operate independently
- Excellent research, synthesis, and written communication skills
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting senior executives in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
- Able and willing to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) consistently
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting advisory or deal-driven teams
- Familiarity with financial terminology, market dynamics, and investment workflows
- Experience preparing executive-level briefings or investor-facing materials
