Executive Leadership Alignment and Coaching Lead
Recommended Qualifications
Coaching, Management or OD; recognised coaching credential advantageous.
Recommended Experience
Preferably 3-5+ years in executive coaching, senior leadership facilitation and leadership-development assignments.
Principal Responsibilities
Executive alignment; leadership contracting; individual executive coaching; leadership-culture charter; behaviour commitments; accountability coaching; senior-team effectiveness.

Pay: R12 590,77 - R39 351,39 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Cape Town, Western Cape
