About Prime Circle Finance
Prime Circle Finance is building the financial infrastructure powering the next generation of commerce across Africa through digital assets, cross-border payments, treasury infrastructure, embedded finance and lending.

The Opportunity
This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant role. You'll coordinate executive priorities, travel, strategic projects, office operations, events and marketing coordination while helping scale Prime Circle.

Responsibilities

CEO & COO support
Calendar and travel management
Project coordination
Office administration
Event and conference logistics
Marketing coordination
CRM and document management

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
3+ years supporting executives
Outstanding organisation and communication
Strong PowerPoint, Excel and AI tools
Entrepreneurial mindset.

Based in Cape Town. This is not a remote job.
