This is a fully in-person, travel-based role requiring close, consistent support. You will accompany the CEO as needed, ensuring continuity across locations while maintaining control over both business and personal logistics.
The environment is fast-moving and often unpredictable. This role is best suited to someone who is naturally proactive, highly responsive, and comfortable operating without structure. You will be expected to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and remove friction before it reaches the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-level support across business and personal matters
- Anticipate requirements and act without waiting for instruction
- Manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and time zone coordination
- Oversee all travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries
- Travel alongside the CEO when required, maintaining operational continuity
- Manage high-volume communication and ensure nothing is missed or delayed
- Prepare materials, briefings, and documentation ahead of meetings
- Act as a coordination point between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Support logistics involving accompanying parties (including partner and business associates) with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Working Style & Expectations
- This is a high-demand, in-person role requiring consistent availability
- Travel is frequent and often at short notice
- Work spans multiple time zones and includes irregular hours
- The role requires someone who remains composed and effective under sustained pressure
- There are periods of intensity where responsiveness and output are critical, balanced by quieter intervals depending on operational flow
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience supporting a senior executive, founder, or high-demand individual in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and stay ahead of priorities
- Strong organisational control and attention to detail
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Comfortable with unpredictability, travel, and non-traditional working structures
- Clear communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Able to maintain pace, accuracy, and composure under pressure
Perks & Benefits
- Extensive international travel across multiple regions
- Direct exposure to high-level decision-making and business operations
- Dynamic role with significant responsibility and autonomy
- Travel and accommodation covered while on assignment
- Opportunity to work in a globally connected, high-performance environment
Additional Context
