Job description
Executive Personal Assistant required for a Dynamic company based in Longmeadow with;
- Grade 12
- Degree in Marketing or Degree in Business Management
- Executive Assistant to the CEO
- Strong Technical Industry Experience – mining would be advantageous
- Computer Literate
- Working experience in Executive Assistant Role
- Understanding of marketing
- Liaise with all HOD, External and Internal Stakeholders, Senior Management, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Operations and HR Departments
- Provide comprehensive administrivia support to the CEO and senior executives.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the executive office
- Manage schedules
- Coordinating meetings
- Preparing reports
- Handling confidential information
- Liaise between the Executive Team and Internal / External Stakeholders
- Booking of international travel, including visa applications
- Support to Senior Management
- Event management
- Meeting coordination
- Admin and project support
Pay: R45 000,00 - R64 000,00 per month
