Experienced Barista

Are you a skilled barista with a passion for creating exceptional beverages and providing top-notch service? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with experience in barista duties, bar operations, and overall bar responsibilities to join our dynamic team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including specialty coffees, classic cocktails, and other beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging with patrons and ensuring they have a memorable experience
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers
• Assist in inventory management, including stock take and restocking supplies as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a barista and bar operations
• Strong references from previous employers
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and presentation
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Sober, clean and hardworking, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
