Job description

VACANCY: BARMAN

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience as a Barman in a busy environment
Experience with systems stock control
Knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines and spirits
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Neat, reliable and professional appearance
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
When there is no barman work scheduled, you will be required to work with the setup crew
Must have your own reliable car and valid drivers licence.
