Job description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Debt Review Team Leader to lead and support our Debt Review Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of debt review consultants, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving performance, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the debt review process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of debt review consultants and administrators.
- Monitor daily performance, productivity, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable debt review regulations and industry requirements.
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members.
- Manage workflow, case allocation, and turnaround times.
- Resolve escalated client and creditor queries professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans where required.
- Prepare and submit management reports on team performance and departmental targets.
- Drive the achievement of departmental KPIs and business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in the Debt Review industry.
- At least 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong knowledge of debt review processes, NCR regulations, and industry practices.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and debt review software systems.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
