Experienced Exhaust Fitter (With Welding Skills)

Noise Boys Performance Exhausts builds custom stainless steel exhaust systems downpipes, headers, catbacks, and full custom builds for everything from daily drivers to serious performance cars. Our workshop in Goodwood is busy and growing, and we need a skilled fitter/welder who takes pride in clean work.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Fitting and fabricating custom exhaust systems on customer vehicles
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping stainless steel and mild steel piping
• TIG and MIG welding to a high standard, your welds are on display, not hidden
• Removing and installing downpipes, headers, mid-pipes, and catback systems
• Working on lifts with a range of vehicles, from hatchbacks to performance builds
• Quality-checking your own work before handover

Minimum requirements:

• Proven exhaust fitment and welding experience (workshop or fabrication background)
• Solid TIG welding ability on stainless steel, shortlisted candidates will complete a practical weld test at our workshop
• Ability to work accurately and neatly under workshop pace
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a small team

Advantageous:

• Experience with performance/aftermarket exhaust work
• Ability to fabricate from scratch (mandrel bends, merge collectors, headers)
• Valid driver's licence
