Experienced Financial Planner – Build a High-Performance Practice
Location: Malmesbury

This Role Is Not for Beginners. It’s for Producers.
Old Mutual is expanding — and we are looking for Financial Planners who are serious about growth, income, and building a scalable advisory practice.

Minimum Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Financial Adviser
- RE5 completed
- NQF Level 5 (minimum qualification)
- COB completed
- FIT & PROPER FAIS
- Demonstrable production track record
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Clear credit and criminal record

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a high-value client portfolio
- Deliver holistic financial planning (risk, investments, retirement, wealth)
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Drive consistent monthly production targets
- Create long-term embedded client relationships

Remuneration & Incentives
- R20,000 per month support package (first 3 months - negotiable)
- Thereafter: Attractive, scaled commission structure with uncapped earning potential
