Experienced Live-Out Nanny for Infant Twins – Pretoria East

TopOnes Solutions is recruiting, on behalf of a private family, an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Live-Out Nanny to care for 4–5-month-old twins.

This opportunity is best suited to someone who has a genuine passion for infant care, understands the developmental needs of young babies, and is confident managing the routine and care of two infants simultaneously. The successful candidate will become an important part of the family's support system and must demonstrate professionalism, patience, warmth, and reliability.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' professional nanny experience in a private household.
• Proven experience caring for babies under 12 months of age.
• Experience caring for twins or multiple young children will be a strong advantage.
• Sound knowledge of infant feeding, sleep routines, hygiene, developmental milestones, and age-appropriate stimulation.
• Able to establish and maintain consistent daily routines.
• Patient, nurturing, trustworthy, and emotionally mature.
• Physically fit and able to care for two infants throughout the day.
• Fluent in basic English with good communication skills.
• Must be able to commute daily to Pretoria East.
• Contactable references from previous employers are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care to infant twins.
• Prepare and feed bottles according to the family's routine.
• Change nappies and maintain excellent hygiene practices.
• Settle babies for naps and maintain healthy sleep routines.
• Engage the babies in age-appropriate developmental play and stimulation.
• Sterilise bottles and baby feeding equipment.
• Keep the nursery and baby-related areas clean, organised, and safe.
• Monitor the babies' wellbeing and communicate any concerns to the parents.
• Follow the family's parenting preferences and household routines.

Pay: From R30,23 per hour
