An Australian financial services and property company is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced outbound appointment setters to join our growing team.
What you’ll earn
R70.00 per hour base rate, guaranteed - for a 25 hour week, that’s R91,000 a year before commission
Uncapped commission on top.
Consistent performers are realistically earning R150,000–R200,000+ a year once commission is factored in
No ceiling on what you can earn
The role
- Outbound calls to warm leads to arrange in-home appointments and seminar bookings for our financial services and property client base
- Calling Australia during these hours: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM SAST during standard time
- Monday to Friday
- Fully remote, working from home
Who we’re looking for
We are looking for experienced outbound call centre sales reps for this role, people who are comfortable and experienced closing, and handling objections
We’re specifically looking for people with real outbound sales experience in finance or property - this role is built for someone who already knows this world. You will receive comprehensive training and warm leads to call.
What you’ll need:
- At least 12 months’ experience in outbound appointment setting or outbound sales within the finance or property industry
- Experience calling into the Australian market is a strong plus, but not essential
- Excellent, professional phone manner
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Available to start immediately
