Experienced Phone Sales Specialist Real Property Home Buyers is a successful and growing real estate company seeking remote standout phone sales specialists to join our hard-working and dynamic team. Real Property Homebuyers is looking for a motivated, result-driven acquisitions specialist to speak with homeowners who've reached out about selling their property. This is not cold calling. Our leads have already expressed interest in receiving an offer. If you're a strong salesperson who enjoys negotiating and closing and want the chance to earn an hourly wage plus serious bonuses based on performance, we'd like to talk. Responsibilities include answering and returning calls from motivated seller leads, building rapport, gathering property details, negotiating purchase agreements, following up consistently, and keeping accurate notes in the CRM. Preferred but not required- prior sales, phone sales, or real estate experience. Compensation, hourly pay plus performance bonuses. Strong performers can earn substantial monthly bonuses based on closed deals. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with room for growth.

PURPOSE To help as many sellers solve their real estate problems while supplying buyers with the right properties to meet their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES Speaking to potential sellers from company generated leads Build a rapport and identify seller real estate problems to solve Negotiate Property Pricing and make logical offers to acquire properties Daily updating the CRM and accountability charts Hit Weekly and Monthly Sales Goals Work with an Energetic Team and Have Fun! REQUIREMENTS Must have a minimum of 1 year of phone sales, acquisitions, inside sales, call center, or appointment setting experience required. Real estate experience is a plus but not required. Must have a Persuasive Personality Exceptional Phone Etiquette/rapport building; Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved This position requires weekend availability on a rotating schedule. Our office is in the United States in the state of Maryland; we are a fully remote based company. Must have strong Wi-Fi alone with Noise counseling headset. Manage a pipeline of prospects
; respond in a timely manner Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
; Self-motivated! Use over CRM software daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
; Organized and switch tasks with ease! Report on KPI's on a weekly basis (revenue, contracts, number of quality conversations, talk time/dials) Computer literate. Ability to perform and/or willingness to learn Google Docs and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) You will be responsible for acquiring or selling properties nationwide not only by being a skilled communicator and active listener, but with learned negotiation skills. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication with buyers and sellers.
