About the Role

The Turbo Shop is looking for an energetic and driven External Sales Advisor to join our George branch.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building relationships, and developing new business. You will be responsible for servicing George and the surrounding areas, growing our customer base, and identifying new sales opportunities.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving customer problems, and is ready to take the bull by the horns.

Key Responsibilities

Travel throughout George and surrounding areas calling on workshops, dealerships, fleet operators and trade customers.
Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Promote The Turbo Shop's products and services.
Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
Provide customers with basic technical advice and identify suitable turbocharger and related product solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Represent The Turbo Shop professionally at all times.

Minimum Requirements

Previous external sales experience (automotive industry experience is highly advantageous).
Basic automotive technical knowledge, particularly relating to diesel engines, turbochargers or vehicle components.
A willingness to learn and develop technical product knowledge.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organised and target-driven.
Computer literate.
Valid South African driver's licence.
Willingness to travel daily within George and the surrounding areas.
