Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of potential home loan clients through networking, partnerships, referrals, and direct marketing initiatives.
• Execute targeted prospecting activities to build sustainable lead sources and consistently support sales conversion targets.

Client Needs Analysis

• Conduct thorough needs analysis using effective questioning techniques to understand clients’ financial position, affordability, and home-finance requirements.
• Pre-qualify clients by assessing credit health, financial background, and potential risks, and recommend appropriate solutions aligned to their needs.

Solution Matching & Product Guidance

• Recommend tailored home loan solutions by applying in-depth product knowledge and aligning offerings to the client’s financial profile and needs.
• Clearly explain application processes, credit criteria, required documentation, and any conditions to ensure informed client decision-making.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients throughout the application and approval process, ensuring clarity and amazing service excellence.
• Build long-term relationships by conducting post-approval follow-ups, resolving queries promptly, and actively generating referral opportunities.

Sales Administration

• Complete and capture applications accurately, based on what the client requires and qualifies for.
• Compile supporting documents and ensure the file is completed and ready to process**.**

Minimum Requirements

• Matric or NQF Level 4
• Own Car & Valid Drivers License (compulsory)

Experience

• 2-3 years sales experience (preferably financial services, property, insurance, banking)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• External sales experience
• Experience working with leads, pipelines, and conversion targets
• Strong Marketing and administrative skills
