We're Hiring: External Technical Sales Representative
Location: Gauteng, East Rand

Potensa is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the renewable energy sector or another technical industry who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and delivering customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare, submit, and actively follow up on quotations.
- Manage customer information and activities using CRM systems.
- Compile and submit accurate weekly sales reports.
- Manage key customer accounts and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Proven track record in technical sales or business development.
- Renewable energy industry experience advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Pastel.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel.
