Job description
Hire All is currently looking for sales reps in the Gauteng
Main Purpose:
To call and engage clients in and around an allocated area. To build and maintain relationships with these clients. To promote and sell a full range of the Company’s products.
Responsibilities:
- Plan calls and call frequency
- Call and follow up on customers
- Do Quotations
- Invoice Customers
- Attend to Deliveries, if needed
- Assist with Account queries
- Log, resolve and follow up on customer queries
- Arrange Demonstrations of machines to customers
- Resolve breakdowns with service technicians
- Attend to any other duty related to the Job Description as requested by management
- Attend to job-related administration
- Candidate must be friendly, personable and be able to build effective harmonious relationships with clients, co-workers and general public
- Ability to perform duties with deliberate speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
- Experience in a client service environment
- Sound business acumen
- Planning ability
- Ability to exercise good judgement in recognizing scope of authority and protecting confidential information
Education, Training, Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum Qualification: Matric/ Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification will be advantageous
- Good English, written and spoken
- Computer Literate
- Sales Skills
- Analytic Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Telecommunications
- Candidate must be well organized
