External Sales Representative – Educational Furniture, Educational Toys & Packaging Solutions

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven External Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is focused on developing new business opportunities while managing and expanding an established customer base across the educational furniture, educational toys, and packaging sectors.

The Role

This is primarily a field-based position, with approximately one day per week spent in the office for planning, reporting, and team meetings. The remainder of your time will be spent visiting customers, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and secure new business opportunities within the education, manufacturing, retail, and packaging sectors.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise repeat business.

· Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.

· Promote the company's range of educational furniture, educational toys, packaging products, and related solutions.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and close sales.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

· Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

· Work closely with internal sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service.

· Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and activity reports.

· Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events where required.

About You

· Proven experience in external B2B sales.

· Experience selling educational furniture, educational products, packaging products, industrial products, or related business solutions will be advantageous.

· A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Existing relationships and contacts within schools, educational institutions, distributors, retailers, or industrial customers would be highly beneficial.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

· Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills.

· Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

· Valid driver's licence is essential.

· Own reliable vehicle is preferred.
