Job description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Service current customer data base and actively hunt for new business.
* Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to prospective and existing clients. To visit a minimum of 10 customers per day.
*Nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, secure repeat business, and maximize territory profitability.
* Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales quotas. A performance bonus is added if the targets are met.
* Monitor competitor activites, product rends, and report on market feedback to management.
* Send sales orders through to internal sales, prepare quotations, and maintain customer records in CRM software.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven track record in outside sales, business development, or a customer-facing role
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel frequently,
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a highly self-motivatied mindset.
* The ability to learn quickly and articulate the technical or functional features of the company's offerings.
* Must have plumbing knowledge / knowledge of plumbing accessories.

Pay: R12 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
