About the Role

Careers IT is seeking a high-caliber, articulate, and engaging AI Specialist & Facilitator to lead a live 4-hour online masterclass on AI Fundamentals.

This interactive webinar is tailored for business professionals, corporate managers, and decision-makers looking to leverage practical AI tools (such as ChatGPT, prompt engineering frameworks, and workflow automation) to streamline daily administrative and operational tasks.

As the lead facilitator, you will deliver an established, high-impact curriculum, guide live demonstrations, and facilitate interactive Q&A segments.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Qualification: Master’s Degree (MSc / MEng / MTech) in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field (Required).
• Facilitation Experience: Minimum 1+ years of demonstrated experience facilitating live training courses, academic lectures, or corporate workshops in AI/Data Science (Required).
• Practical Expertise: Strong, practical mastery of modern generative AI tools, prompt engineering tactics, and AI-driven workflow automation tools suitable for non-technical business environments.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
• Technical Setup: High-speed, stable internet connection, professional microphone/camera setup, and proficiency in delivering engaging online sessions via MS Teams or Zoom.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver a dynamic, well-paced 4-hour live online webinar covering core AI concepts, real-world corporate use cases, prompt structure, and workflow efficiency.
• Lead practical, screen-share demonstrations showing live tools in action (e.g., automated reporting, content drafting, data organization).
• Engage participants through live poll breakdowns, practical mini-exercises, and structured Q&A sessions.
• Maintain a high-energy, interactive, and professional online learning environment.
