Job description
BrainRich Group (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Presentation Skills Facilitator to deliver Intermediate and Advanced Presentation Skills training for a public sector client. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in facilitating engaging, practical, and results-driven presentation skills programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Intermediate and Advanced Presentation Skills training.
- Deliver interactive, learner-centered training sessions.
- Coach participants to improve confidence, communication, and presentation techniques.
- Use practical exercises, role plays, and feedback sessions to enhance learning.
- Provide all required training materials and participant handouts where applicable.
- Submit attendance registers, assessments, and a training report upon completion.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Demonstrated experience facilitating Presentation Skills Training.
- An updated CV showing knowledge and practical experience in delivering Presentation Skills training.
- Relevant qualification in Education, Human Resource Development, Communication, Public Speaking, Training, or a related field.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate training on-site.
