Job description
Hazchemwize Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and qualified Facilitators / Trainers to join our growing training team on a full-time and part-time basis. We are looking for passionate professionals with strong industry experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality operator training and assessments.
Courses to be Facilitate:
Successful candidates should be competent in facilitating one or more of the following programmes:
- Lifting Machines (MHE)
- Material Handling Equipment
- Operate Defined Purpose Lift Trucks
- Operate a Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP)
- Operate a Telescopic Boom Handler
- Operate Rough Terrain / Earthmoving Agricultural Equipment
- Operate a Truck Mounted Crane
- Operate a Reach Stacker
- Operate a Cab Controlled Overhead Crane
- Operate Advanced Purpose Lift Trucks
- Operate Heavy Crane
- Operate Counter Balanced Lift Trucks in Excess of Rated Capacity
- Operate a Pendant Controlled Overhead Crane
- Operate a Truck Mounted Loader Crane
- Operate a Tower Crane
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant operator/facilitator qualifications for the courses listed above.
- Registered Facilitator, Assessor and/or Moderator qualification will be advantageous.
- Proven experience facilitating lifting machines and material handling equipment training.
- Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and learner engagement skills.
- Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical training.
- A valid driver's licence will be advantageous.
- Strong administrative and reporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate accredited and non-accredited training programmes.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and learner assessments.
- Prepare training materials and maintain training records.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance and safety standards.
- Monitor learner progress and provide feedback.
- Maintain training equipment and training area standards.
