Facilitator

• Responsible to market and run the training lab in the store by facilitating and coordinating the training programs for students of the company at the branch.
• Assist with administrative and marketing duties in the store.
• Responsible for the registeration, attendance and completition of the students that sign up for the courses.
• Ensure that the training labs, are prepared for intakes and day to day running of the for the duration of the training courses in the Store Training Lab.
• Ensure all systems, training PC, CRM are updated with the student status.
• Market and promote courses and service offerings to students, and assist with the internet café services to clients, to meet the organisational sales targets.
• Administrative tasks being reports and student attendance, revenue generated.
• Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
• Well-developed understanding of processes, such as how to enable group decision-making, problem-solving, and organizing and structuring agendas for appropriate results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills which enable a training facilitator to effectively educate employees and communicate with the upper management.
• Adequate hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS).
• Continous Professional Development (CPD), must register and complete oneline courses offered, on the LMS as part of self development.

NB: This role as a Facilitator will be based at our Phillip Village branch, only candidates that meet the minimum requirements and experience for this role will be contacted and considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R6 000,00 per month
