Facilitators (ASC and AET Programmes)

College SA is looking to appoint experienced and passionate Facilitators to deliver high-quality Adult Education and Training (AET) and Adult Senior Certificate (ASC) programmes. The successful candidates will facilitate learning, support adult learners, and ensure the effective delivery of training in accordance with programme and client requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education.
• Registered Assessor Certificate or Moderator Certificate (advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years' teaching and/or training experience.
• Experience facilitating Adult Education and Training (AET), Adult Senior Certificate (ASC), or related learning programmes.
• SACE registered.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be Proficient in either Sepedi, IsiZulu and isiXhosa home language.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Own reliable transport.
• Own laptop (or access to a laptop) with stable internet connectivity.

DUTIES

• Facilitate AET and ASC learning programmes.
• Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with curriculum requirements.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify learners requiring additional academic support and provide remedial interventions where necessary.
• Coach, mentor and motivate adult learners throughout their learning journey.
• Maintain accurate learner attendance records and assessment documentation.
• Participate in learner assessments and moderation activities where applicable.
• Attend compulsory training sessions, meetings and programme briefings.
• Ensure compliance with client, quality assurance and organisational requirements.
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Travel to training sites as required.
