Key Outputs

• To manage service provider's contract

• Budgeting and expense control

• Operations and maintenance planning

• Space management and allocation

• Management of facilities department

• "Monitors over and underutilization of vehicles

• Liaises with financial managers and fleet controllers for the re-assessment of contracts where there is over and underutilization.

• Flags vehicle contracts that come to end of term to ensure mitigation of risk of neutral of late termination charges

• Manages the disposal of company owned vehicles in line with the company tender disposal procedure.

• Manage the returned vehicles to ensure that all accessories are retained with vehicle and where possible company assets are removed. (tracking devices, canopies, etc.).

• Managing the various service providers, the fuel card allocation and license renewal increase

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

• Grade 12

• B. Com Finance

• Technical experience in facilities/ asset management

• At least 5 - 7 years maintenance or facilities management

• 2 Year's relevant business experience (technical / mechanical / sales environment a bonus)
